Kudos to Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry for signing a landmark bill which allows parents of children with learning disabilities to choose what school their children will attend.
In addition they will be granted up to $7,500 in learning disability scholarships made available by the Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Act.
This is certainly great news for parents and children in Oklahoma and hopefully it will trickle through to other states.
